ABSTRACT
Nitric oxide (NO) is a key signalling molecule released by vascular endothelial cells that essential for health. Low NO bioactivity associated with cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension, atherosclerosis, and heart failure donors are mainstay of drug treatment. However, many the development tolerance adverse effects, so new formulations controlled targeted release would be advantageous. Herein, we describe design characterisation novel delivery system via reaction acidified sodium nitrite thiol groups had been introduced cysteamine conjugation to porous graphene nanosheets, thereby generating S-nitrosated nanosheets. An electrode, ozone-based chemiluminescence electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy were used measure from various formulations, which was sustained at >5 × 10
