ABSTRACT
This research introduced a novel precast shear wall designed to address prevalent challenges encountered in structures, such as issues with difficult installation, high expenses, and the uncertain quality of grouting by eliminating connection vertical distributing bars. Early experimental verification this structural system showcased favourable results concerning its seismic performance. Building upon groundwork, paper presented an elaborate horizontal joint deformation model, demonstrating precise analysis damage modes interface slip reliability. Furthermore, effort enhance mode under conditions low axial compression ratio, study evaluated two improvement measures through finite element parametric analysis. The findings indicated noticeable enhancement capacity simultaneous reduction proposed measures. Additionally, section steel were more effective than additional bars
