ABSTRACT
M-type barium hexaferrite (BHF) is frequently used for permanent magnet preparation. Herein, we have synthesized BHF via sol–gel-auto-combustion route using Jamun pulp which perform multiple functions such as natural fuel, green reducing agent and ecofriendly chelating agent. The effect of concentration (10–60 g/100 mL water) on structural, morphological properties, coercivity the saturation magnetization has been studied first time. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis confirmed phase purity (i.e. absence even traces intermediate (α-Fe2O3 BaFe2O4.) at 50 water higher concentration. Further, c/a ratio <3.98 in all samples presence BHF. desired morphology highest grain size corresponding to g pulp, were identified scanning electron microscopy (SEM) studies. best dielectric property was observed sample prepared (Hc) (Ms) varied between 2077 5036 Oe 35.92 58.97 emu/g, respectively.
