ABSTRACT
THz-time domain spectroscopy is an effective method of label-free molecular detection, but it limited by the size measured samples. Traditional detection approaches will have to overcome challenges when analyte are in trace amounts. Here, we propose enhanced mechanism for terahertz fingerprint sensing, involving all-dielectric metasurface. Based on incident wave angle scanning under light polarization, broadband light–matter interaction effectively enhanced, significantly improving signal molecule be detected. The results demonstrate a new region and large-scale screening.
