ABSTRACT
Patterning the thin films according to specifications is of utmost importance. Previous studies have revealed that optimizing various parameters such as thickness, complexing agents, precursors, and morphology get demand. The current emphasis this research activity on Bi2S3 materials improvement in structural optical properties by chemical bath deposition one hand, while other detailed characterization synthesized morphologies carried out for a better understanding features said material. Based fact morphological, optical, vary with conditions, study focuses optimum values different aqueous non-aqueous baths precursors agents environment films. effect i.e., ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) triethanolamine, controlling concentration Bi+3 employing was also evaluated. SEM, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, UV–vis spectroscopy are used obtain structural, information, respectively. For samples, an absorption coefficient range 0.16 1.3104 (cm−1) observed band gap 1.22 1.24 eV. Results suggest good strategy compact, uniform, well-adhered photovoltaic applications morphologies.
