ABSTRACT
In this work, a strategy to specifically identify substances through correlating the substance fingerprint peak with resonant frequency shift of metamaterial sensors has been presented and demonstrated experimentally. Three different resonance frequencies were fabricated by ultrafast laser direct writing, they all have good sensing performance. Due matching degrees between sensor peak, shifts obtained. The better matches greater peak. On contrary, smaller will be Through method, correlation is developed. Thus, within certain range some unknown substances, positions can deduced sensor. This phenomenon was used for specific identification substances. study provides new idea detection
