ABSTRACT
The current study deals with the exact solutions of nonlinear confirmable time fractional Sobolev type equations. Such equations have applications in thermodynamics, flow fluid through fractured rock. underlying models are 2D equation a semi-conductor heating and unbounded domain. These used to describe different aspects semi-conductor. analytical is not addressed yet or it difficult find. We gain such help technique namely ϕ6-model expansion method. abundant families obtained by Jacobi elliptic function will give us soliton solitary wave solutions. So, we extract types as, dark, bright, singular, combine, periodic mixed periodic. unique physical problems selected from variety that reader for verification data experiment. graphical behavior represented form 3D, line graphs their corresponding contours various values parameters.
