ABSTRACT
A 29-year-old man presented to Emergency Department with nonspecific symptoms. Through a series of radiological and invasive diagnostic studies we finally reach an unexpected diagnosis hypersentivity pneumonitis; this is complex heterogeneous disease which can be challenging as its clinical, radiologic histopathologic features overlap those other interstitial lung diseases (ILDs). Diagnosing ILD dynamic process, that the reason why cases discussed in multidisciplinary team may need reconsidered light evolution results performed exams flexible approach.
