ABSTRACT
Bismuthate superconductor material has a transition from semiconductor/conductor to superconductor. Research on this temperature attracted many researchers' attention reveal material's superconducting properties. We synthesized the materials by solid-state reaction method. Samples were with variations in sintering and also Bi doping. And then analyzed crystal structure XRD, morphology was SEM, electrical properties using resistivity versus measurement. Based SEM results, there no significant changes increase temperature. However, x=0 0.40 change crystallization which changed according amount of doping element. XRD major phases Ba4Bi(PbO4)3 tetragonal P4/mmm space group, BaPbO3 cubic Pm3m group.. The causes insulator-metal-insulator In variation composition, evolution phase formation starts at x=0.20 decreases drastically when x=0.40. TC detected value x less than 0.35, indicating that effect composition below x=0.35 does not significantly affect metal-insulator-metal At x=0.2 0.25, is thought cause semiconductor be above TC.
