Generation of an induced pluripotent stem cell line SDUBMSi005-A from a patient with double primary gastric and colon carcinoma

It has been reported that mutations in CDH1 gene are associated with genetic susceptibility to colon, stomach, breast and prostate cancers. Here, an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line from a patient double primary gastric colon carcinoma carrying germline mutation (c. 1679C > G) was generated. The iPSC had normal karyotype, expressed markers ability generate three germ layers.
