ABSTRACT
The atmospheric corrosion of several Mg–Al alloys was investigated at − 4, 4 and 22 °C. rate increased with increasing temperature decreasing Al content. Also, the effect became stronger cast microstructure found to influence both average dependence corrosion. on is discussed in terms enriched layer bottom surface film breakdown same by chloride ions.
