ABSTRACT
High density sintered Sm(Fe0.8Co0.2)11Ti bulk magnets were successfully produced using a newly developed high pressure pressing fabrication method. The purity of the hard magnetic ThMn12 phase in magnet reached to higher than 97 wt.%. transformation behavior from amorphous during heat treatment was systematically investigated by transmission electron microscopy. remanent magnetization and maximum energy product 96.0 emu/g 12.22 MGOe, respectively. To best our knowledge, achieved is highest among all SmFe12-based reported.
