ABSTRACT
This paper aims to put forward an approach verify the feasible degree of information system development engineering project and indentify key risk factors in process development. Firstly, six factors, which have been paid great attention management area, are chosen as independent random variables. Then we use Crystal ball software fit a probablity distribution for each factor, also structural equation modeling method is adopted establish mathematical formula between performance. Finally, run Monte-Carlo simulation get frequency chart sensitivity performance, from that can know about statistic data factors. The conclusion shows mean value performance high User Participation, Project Communication, Personnel Conflict most greatest impact on
