Prevalence of Low Back Pain and Associated Risk Factors among Farmers in Jeju

ABSTRACT
We aimed to investigate the prevalence of low back pain (LBP) and its associated agricultural work-related, biomechanical factors among this population.We analyzed initial survey data from Safety for Agricultural Injury Farmers cohort study involving adult farmers in Jeju Island. The LBP was calculated with factors.In total, 1,209 participants were included analysis. overall 23.7%. Significant associations type farming activity, length career, prior injury within 1 year, stress levels. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed three significantly related LBP: repetitive use particular body parts; inappropriate posture lower neck.Some occupational, risk contribute LBP.
