ABSTRACT
Tomato aphid (Myzus persicae) is a destructive insect pest of tomato responsible for huge losses in the production as well vegetable industry. In present vitro study two protein elicitors, PeaT1 and PeBL1 were considered to their efficacies exhibit defense response against aphid. Three different concentrations both elicitors applied on seedlings. After application PeBL1, population growth rates decreased compared control treatment. host preference assay, showed build colony treated plant, because leaves provided hazardous surface after formation wax trichome. The significant (p < 0.05) results life-history traits Jasmonic acid (JA), salicylic (SA) ethylene (ET) accumulation seedlings with PeBL1. Elicitors plants produced resistance M. persicae. Our finding suggests that have shown high potentials damage persicae, could be used novel biological tools
