Rice bran oil is known as wonder and it the most important vegetable in Asia. extracted from that outer hard layer of rice. It an emerging category edible with a lot nutritional properties health benefits. heart-friendly, boosts up immunity, prevents other diseases occurring commonly Pakistan. The current study aimed to stabilize rice through different probiotic isolates assess content after stabilization. was inactivate naturally lipases can hydrolyze into glycerol free fatty acid which serious problem gives rancid taste smell. Antilipase activity used are huge threat stabilization process. fermentation process utilizes antilipase without affecting value oil.
