Therefore, our 4 weeks study was undertaken elucidate probable beneficial effects two types adult mesenchymal cells (MSCs) on metabolism disturbance some tissue function defects diabetic rats. Animals were classified into groups; control group, group received a single dose adipose tissue-derived MSCs bone marrow-derived MSCs. Herein, both treated groups markedly reduced hyperglycemia resulting from diabetes induction via lowering serum glucose rising insulin C-peptide levels, compared group. Moreover, increased lipid fractions levels reverted back near normal values as consequence untreated Furthermore, found have hepato-renal protective indicated through decreased liver kidney functions markers Taken together, results highlighted therapeutic benefits alleviating metabolic anomalies complications.
