ABSTRACT
Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] is a high value crop owing to its nutrient rich profile, consisting of some the largest reserve proteins and oils among all plant crops. High yielding soybean variety seeds are great intrinsic as part strategies gain larger yield outputs over years. These often tend lose their viability corresponding storage period. The study primarily focused on understanding estimating impact conditions influence biochemical changes that leads deteriorating seed health. Vitamin E an essential compound provides shielding effect against environmental stress. For this purpose priming vitamin was performed with concentration 300mgL-1 applied seeds. A total seven promising cultivars were accessed for this; including Swat-20, Swat-84, NARC-2. Malakand, Rawal, Ajmeri FaisalSoy. Results shows potential which greatly in line induced changes. Among cultivars, Swat-84 Swat-20 resilient extent towards harmful stress impact. present has shown application coating enhance positive traits stored (including concentrations CAT, SOD, TSS, etc.) comparison untreated showing healthy treatment health under conditions. It suggested storing treated optimum effective method attaining viable after long terms storage. Findings can be used future studies, assessment designing system manner reduce negative growth during term storages.
