ABSTRACT
Nanodendrite particles (NDs) with densely branched structures and biomimetic architectures have exhibited great promise in tumor therapy owing to their prolonged vivo circulation time exceptional photothermal efficiency. Nevertheless, traditional NDs are deficient terms of specific surface modification targeting tumors, which restrict potential for broader clinical applications. Here, we developed coronavirus-like gold through a seed-mediated approach using silk fibroin (SF) as capping agent. Our results demonstrate that these favorable drug-loading capacity (∼65.25%) light-triggered release characteristics doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX). Additionally, functionalized probes surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) characteristics, enabling high-sensitivity imaging unstained single cells. Moreover, allowed real-time monitoring endocytic over 24 h. Furthermore, [email protected] conjugated tumor-targeting peptides mild hyperthermia, minimal cytotoxicity, effective towards cancer cells vitro, well responsiveness the microenvironment (TME) vivo. These unique properties led highest level synergistic tumor-killing efficiency when stimulated by near-infrared (NIR) laser at 808 nm. Therefore, our virus-like ND SF presents novel type nanocarrier exhibits significant applications precision medicine.
