ABSTRACT
Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) is a toxic gas species that poses great threat to the environment and human health. There are still significant challenges in detecting NO2 at room temperature. In this work, 2H-MoS2 nanosheets with controlled morphology were grown on surface of few-layer Ti3C2Tx MXene by hydrothermal synthesis formed unique micro architecture, which aims complete temperature detection NO2. The sensors based 2H-MoS2/ composites have achieved high response (65.6%) 100 ppm temperature, significantly improved compared pure MoS2. excellent selective properties 2H-MoS2/Ti3C2Tx attributed fast channels for carrier transporting abundant active sites between MXene. sensing performance two-dimensional (2D) nanocomposite also provides novel avenues modification other 2D materials future development sensors.
