ABSTRACT
The United Nations proposes to ensure a sustainable future for all through the Sustainable Development Goals, assigning new role each individual in sectors of society. Higher Education Institutions are outstanding agents change, introducing and implementing sustainability holistic way, connecting people, including social institutional considerations, with students being key component change. This study presents co-creation model incorporate Institutions, integrating members university community multidisciplinary approach, seeking address global needs development tools products services facilitate transition consumers towards responsible consumption. aims analyze daily consumption pattern at university, identify degree commitment its members, co-create search solutions related production. is achieved five phases model, specific tasks objectives based on processes tools.
