ABSTRACT
One of the rarest cases non-iatrogenic oesophageal perforation is falling from height. We report a case 26 year old man with resulting fall 12 meter A pneumomediastinum in absence pneumothorax and contrast extravasation oesophagus on CT evoked aerodigestive tract. No other injuries were seen. non-operative management was pursued good outcomes.
