ABSTRACT
A traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the superficial temporal artery is a rare vascular lesion that typically occurs after blunt trauma to region. It accounts for only 1% all aneurysms. These pseudoaneurysms need be appropriately diagnosed and treated without delay as patient can experience resulting symptoms severe headache, facial nerve palsy, arterial bleeding, and/or bone erosion. Diagnosis made with history along physical examination followed by confirmation ultrasound or computer tomography angiogram. The treatment choice ligation resection. We present case 20-year-old male identified following mandibular fracture repair multiple trials sclerotherapy. In addition, this report will review additional management options diagnosis techniques (STA) pseudoaneurysms.
