ABSTRACT
Various artificial molecular devices, including some made of DNA or RNA, have been developed to date. The next step in this area research is develop an integrated system from such devices. A robot consists sensors, computers, and actuators, all reacts autonomously its environment by observing the environment, making decisions with performing actions upon environment. Molecular computers should thus be intelligent controllers robots. Such can naturally regarded as hybrid systems because robot, controller are state transition having discrete continuous states transitions. For modeling designing systems, formal frameworks, automata, commonly used. In perspective paper, we examine how modeled automata they realized a robot. We first summarize requirements for existing frameworks computing respect these requirements. then show possibility combining implement sample
