ABSTRACT
There is a growing recognition of excessive, compulsive, and hasty use technology as an emerging form problematic behavior affecting individuals' emotional, social, occupational wellbeing. Smartphone overuse, in particular, has been linked to negative effects on users' quality life, such anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance loss productivity. One strategy help regulate digital usage and, potentially, increase wellbeing devise smartphone applications collect data about awareness it enable them set limits alert users accordingly.
