Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a heterogeneous disease with significant challenge to effectively manage in the clinic worldwide. Immunotherapy may be beneficial TNBC patients if responders can identified. Here we sought elucidate immune landscape of TNBCs by stratifying into immune-specific subtypes (immunotypes) decipher molecular and cellular presentations signaling events this associating them their clinical outcomes potential treatment options.
