ABSTRACT
During the organ procurement procedure, a surgeon encounters anatomic anomalies not very often but also uncommonly. These changes may put success of transplant into question. Despite thorough diagnosis potential donor, these are diagnosed during donation. In our paper we present case kidney transplantation with duplicated ureter. The was collected from donor inferior vena cava. After transplantation, functioned immediately. Taking consideration well-being recipient, organs abnormalities should be carefully considered for transplantation. This is especially important when there constant shortage
