ABSTRACT
This paper presents a new optimisation model for restoring multimodal transportation network disrupted by catastrophic disaster. The provides an integrated decision of restoration activities considering the interdependencies road and terminals sending relief goods. A particle swarm is proposed to determine number repair teams at terminal. problem addressed presenting variant dynamic programming greedy heuristic. was applied that struck earthquake tsunami. optimal solution decisions has been found reduce unsatisfied demand. heuristic offer stability in searching solutions, whereas can provide with lower computational time.
