Researchers have investigated various planning aspects of public Parcel Lockers (PLs), but little is known about the wider benefits on-premises parcel lockers (OPLs). More recently OPLs received attention as a solution to address problem failed deliveries, well provide safe and secure delivery experience customers. Although enhanced convenience for residents, major impediment towards their adoption high capital ongoing costs.
