ABSTRACT
This paper presents a comparison between sensorless techniques for estimating speed of brushed DC motor. These can be classified into two groups: model based methods, non-model methods. The methods use dynamic motor, where sliding mode observer, pseudo-sliding observer and with PI controller are presented. ripple component motor current, the is estimated by applying novel approach. approach uses discrete bandpass filter floating bandwidth to extract information about from measured current. results obtained experimental verification indicate that estimates correctly in wide range speeds.
