Solutions to the main transportation problems in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation

As a result of active land development in the Arctic zone, transport and logistics complex is building up, which serves as basis for infrastructure: railways, waterways, roads. By applying experience developing other areas Russian Federation some territories abroad, it safe to say that these changes will lead transportation problems, be primarily associated with road construction an increase number vehicles. To minimize problems may arise soon this study identifies main ways solve them.
