ABSTRACT
This study reports the assembly of a near-complete genome Catharanthus roseus, consisting 561.7 Mb scaffolded into 8 pseudochromosomes with contig N50 24.7 and scaffold 71.1 Mb. The enables construction gene regulatory network vinblastine biosynthetic pathway provides insights high susceptibility C. roseus to Huanglongbing pathogen.
