These findings were interpreted as being consistent an immune complex glomerulonephritis. Serologic studies revealed positive antismooth muscle antibody titer 1:80 weakly antinuclear 1:40. distinct systemic disease was identified. While the retroperitoneum can occur in association number pathologic conditions pharmacologic agents, mechanism responsible for development variety remains unclear.
