Brain ageing, the primary risk factor for cognitive impairment, occurs because of accumulation age-related neuropathologies. Identifying effective nutrients that increase function may help maintain brain health. Tomatoes and lemons have various bioactive functions exert protective effects against oxidative stress, ageing cancer. Moreover, they been shown to enhance function.
