The clinical characteristics of patients with COVID-19 were analysed to determine the factors influencing prognosis and virus shedding time facilitate early detection disease progression. Our findings demonstrate that an advanced age, diabetes, a low PaO2/FiO2 delayed treatment should be carefully monitored for progression reduce incidence severe disease. Hypoproteinaemia fever warrant special attention. Timely interventions symptomatic from symptom onset <4 days can shorten shedding.
