ABSTRACT
Lung cancer (LC) has the highest mortality rate among various diseases. Developing an early screening method for LC with high classification accuracy is essential. Herein, 2-hydrazinoquinoline (2-HQ) utilized as a dual-mode reactive matrix metabolic fingerprint analysis and via matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI–MS). Metabolites in both positive mode negative can be detected using 2-HQ matrix, derivative of aldehyde ketone compounds achieved simultaneously. Hundreds serum urine samples from patients healthy volunteers were analyzed. Combined machine learning, successfully distinguished area under curve value (0.996 blind 0.938 urine). The MS signal was identified profiling, dysregulated metabolites group above results showed that this great potential rapid LC.
