ABSTRACT
Effective depolymerization of lignin is the most important step for its comprehensive utilization. So far, studies on focused batch processing, whereas only a few relied microreactor. In this study, we developed continuous-flow microreactor into monomeric and oligomeric compounds. The yields monomers oligomers can be adjusted by varying temperature, pressure, residence time, NaOH dosage, solvent. Under optimized conditions, conversion rate was 77.73 wt %, monomer yield 13.26 with 77.81% being phenolic addition, comparative characterizations raw products demonstrated that oil were mainly composed tetramers trimers, effective cleavage β-O-4 linkage S-type responsible high 2,6-dimethoxyphenol. It indicated could effectively depolymerized continuously using microreactor, it will new strategy utilization to produce fine-chemical intermediates.
