ABSTRACT
With the PTFE membrane as substrate, a novel Ag-based catalytic reactor (CMR) was fabricated by deep-permeation synthesis fabrication (DPSF). In DPSF, ZIF-8 first assembled inside pores permeation flow and depositing reaction of Zn2+, 2-methylimidazole solutions through synergistically. Then, Ag reduced impregnating nanoclusters Ag+ reductant flowing similarly. The TEM images cross-sectional exhibited composite nanoparticles Ag+ZIF-8 with good dispersion size distribution (10–50 nm). as-synthesized (Ag+ZIF-8)@PTFE applied to reduction p-nitroaniline p-phenylenediamine in continuous flow-through presented remarkable catalyzing performance. maximal apparent rate constant is 3–4 orders magnitude higher than that reported stability.
