ABSTRACT
Wave flows and micromixing behavior with concentric radial grooves were investigated. Results indicate that the groove types have a significant impact on wave flows. Concentric present zoning in spiral waves due to accumulation resistance spreading. For grooves, form between consist of short or can coexist, wavelets occur at high inlet Reynolds numbers. Mixing is strongly influenced by spreading liquid film. flow rates, all improve mixing. The mixing time ranges from 0.04 2.19 ms, lowest value attributed grooved disk. Radial more pronounced enhancement; times are lower than characteristic for vorticity turbulent eddies well suitable operation rates enhanced efficiency, which essential enhancing reaction yields.
