ABSTRACT
Spodoptera frugiperda, one of the most destructive corn pests in world, invaded China December 2018. In this study, sublethal concentrations (LC10 and LC30) emamectin benzoate (EB) were used to treat pesticide-free treatment (PFT) EB (ET) S. frugiperda. PFT, compared with control (CK), pupal weight, hatching rate, pupation rate LC10 LC30 groups significantly reduced. The fecundity expression vitellogenin gene (SfVg) decreased after treatment, while showed no significant difference from group. ET, CK, was increased by 11.14 18.8%. SfVg upregulated 2.6 times treatment. Moreover, RNAi-mediated knockdown resulted a nearly 70% reduction oviposition. result provided theoretical basis for optimizing application Vg-dsRNA
