ABSTRACT
In this study, the role of E3 ubiquitin ligase GmSNE3 in halosulfuron methyl (HSM) inhibiting soybean nodulation was investigated. strongly induced by HSM stress, and overexpression significantly reduced number nodules. Further investigation found that could interact with a signaling pathway 1 protein (GmNSP1a) mediate degradation GmNSP1a. Importantly, GmSNE3-mediated GmNSP1a be promoted stress. Moreover, stress resulted substantial decrease expression downstream target genes These results revealed promotes ubiquitin-mediated inducing GmSNE3, thereby regulatory effect on its ultimately leading to reduction nodulation. Our findings will promote better understanding toxic mechanism herbicides symbiotic between legumes rhizobia.
