ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a simple, fast, specific extraction method for the analysis 64 antibiotics from nine classes (including sulfonamides, quinolones, tetracyclines, macrolides, lincosamide, nitrofurans, β-lactams, nitromidazoles, cloramphenicols) in chicken eggs. Briefly, egg samples were simply extracted with mixture acetonitrile-water (90:10, v/v) 0.1 mol·L-1 Na2EDTA solution assisted ultrasonic. extract centrifuged, condensed, directly analyzed on liquid chromatography coupled tandem mass spectrometry. Compared conventional cleanup methods (passing through solid phase cartridges), established demonstrated comparable efficiencies eliminating matrix effects higher or equivalent recoveries most target compounds. Typical validation parameters including specificity, linearity, effect, limits detection (LODs) quantification (LOQs), decision limit, capability, trueness, precision evaluated. compounds ranged 70.8% 116.1% at three spiking levels (5, 20, 50 μg·kg-1), relative standard deviations less than 14%. LODs LOQs ranges 0.005-2.00 μg·kg-1 0.015-6.00 all antibiotics, respectively. A total five successfully detected 22 commercial eggs local markets. This work suggests that is suitable multiclass
