ABSTRACT
The enantioselective bioaccumulation and toxicity of dinotefuran in earthworms were studied this study. results showed that S-dinotefuran accumulated faster than Rac-dinotefuran R-dinotefuran earthworms. acute was 1.49 2.67 times the artificial soil during 14 days exposure. At 1.0 mg/kg, three tested chemicals inhibited growth reproduction as well induced oxidative stress effects earthworms; however, toxic by most serious. transcriptome sequencing had stronger interactions to biomacromolecules influences on endoplasmic reticulum (ER) R-dinotefuran, which may be main reason for enantioselectivities between two enantiomers. present indicated risk higher environment Risk assessment should evaluated at enantiomer level.
