ABSTRACT
In the present study, effect of imidacloprid uptake from contaminated soils on growth leaf vegetable Shanghaiqing was investigated. The result showed that during 35-day exposure, concentration (IMI) in order shoots > roots soil, indicating IMI more readily concentrated than roots. Moreover, biomass IMI-treated comparable to controls with early but higher after 7-day showing test could stimulate growth. plant metabolic analysis using LC-QTOF/MS revealed may cause oxidative stress exposure; however, stressful situation seems be relieved increase some substances (such as spermidine and phenylalanine) late exposure. upregulation N-rich amino acids (glutamine, aspartate, arginine) suggested process fixing inorganic nitrogen should enhanced, possibly contributing enhanced rates. Additionally, four IMI's metabolites were identified by MS-FINDER software, distribution three tissues compared.
