ABSTRACT
Salvianolic acid A (Sal A) has a wide range of pharmacological activities. To date, there have been no systematic and detailed metabolite research data Sal after oral administration in vitro vivo. In this study, rapid method based on ultrafast liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry was developed to detect metabolites (human liver microsome, human intestinal microbiota, artificial gastric, juice) vivo (urine, plasma, feces, various organs collected normal rats pseudo-germ-free rats). total 26 were characterized. These formed through extensive metabolic reactions, such as hydroxylation, hydrogenation, glucuronidation reactions. This study provides novel possibility for exploring the potential biological mechanism A, aids promotion clinical application.
