ABSTRACT
The residual entropy scaling of viscosity was applied to pure refrigerants, including natural hydrofluoroolefins, hydrochlorofluoroolefins, perfluorocarbons, hydrofluorocarbons, chlorofluorocarbons, and hydrochlorofluorocarbons their mixtures. Experimental temperature, pressure, data 39 more than 15,000 experimental values from 400 literature sources, were used build a univariate correlation function between the reduced dimensionless entropy. contains only four fitted parameters fluid-specific factor. Approximately, 80.0% are predicted within 5.0% when used. About collapse onto one single curve 7.9% global factor adopted for function. is able predict mixture without any additional empirical parameters. 27 binary or multi-component mixtures composed by investigated components, encompassing 2890 20 agree with 7.9%, which as good comparison fluids. commonly extended corresponding states model has many each pair components been optimized some binaries; therefore, it generally yields better agreement proposed but similar performance
