ABSTRACT
The solid–liquid equilibrium (SLE) of glutaric anhydride in three pure solvents, tetrachloromethane, acetic acid and ethanoic anhydride, binary solvents + (tetrachloromethane/acetic acid) a ternary solvent tetrachloromethane systems was measured by dynamic method at temperature range from 278.45 K to 324.45 under atmospheric pressure. It turns out that the solubility increases with increasing all selected solvents. Moreover, it is interesting two (acetic tetrachloromethane) mixtures (tetrachloromethane anhydride) affected more decrease mass fraction given temperature. added had smaller effect on T = (279.45 314.45) K. experimental data were correlated λh equation, Apelblat nonrandom liquid equation. All equations can be well applied, relative average deviation equation less than 0.05. In addition, thermodynamic properties mixing processes calculated discussed based two-liquid model.
