ABSTRACT
In heterogeneous electrocatalysts, the effect of surface structure on water oxidation is hardly fairly compared. Herein, two manganese phosphates with identical bulk structures but different properties are designed to form an appealing platform investigate oxidation. The uniform MnO6 site and similar physical avoid unfair comparisons performance. situ Raman X-ray absorption spectral results demonstrate that flexibility catalyst proton-accepting sites favorable from spectroscopic studies provide insights into evaluating influencing factors electrocatalytic
