ABSTRACT
The inorganic perovskite CsPbI3 that exists in the form of a quantum dot (QD) shows stable cubic structure, attracting much attention for its application solar cells. However, too many grain boundaries QD (PQD) layer block transport carriers, resulting potential loss Herein, we devise gradient-band alignment (GBA) homojunction, which is constructed from three layers PQDs with different band-gaps to gradient energy alignment. GBA structure facilitated charge extraction and increased carrier diffusion length PQD because additional driving force electrons. In addition, homojunction made same substance could minimize lattice mismatch active layer. As result, champion cell based on achieved high open voltage VOC 1.25 V power conversion efficiency (PCE) 13.2%.
