ABSTRACT
In this research, upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) are used as a light conversion carrier, and their deep source penetrability is closely combined with ultrathin two-dimensional (2D) Ti3C2Tx to explore the application efficiency of complex in phototherapy. Due advantages 2D its high absorbance ultraviolet/visible light, rich atomic defects load drugs, adjustable thinner structure, material beneficially applied energy donor. UCNPs@Ti3C2Tx photothermal 20.7% proven ability generate reactive oxygen species under 980 nm laser at cellular level. Importantly, main therapy method can be changed photodynamic due degradation TiO2 oxygen-bearing environment. The vivo experiment was continued verify that kill tumor cells inhibit growth within certain period. addition, treatment combination immunotherapy phototherapy UCNPs@ carried out achieve stronger inhibition over prolonged time points.
